There are quite a few (hundred) books that talk about weight loss in any number of ways, from multiple points of view. When it came to be my turn to share a perspective on the subject, it appeared more practical to answer questions that all of us usually have and which are rarely addressed in their entirety. Chef at Large members were therefore asked to ask what questions they will, on the subject of weight loss in general and ask they did. The questions came pouring in; some serious, some flippant and some downright (and purposely so) ridiculous.
