Basecamp is our entry level plan. This package includes one meal plan every week, which will be delivered to your email inbox. You can request up to four changes to your diet plan, to replace foods and ingredients with others that you prefer. Additionally, you can also avail of 6 consultation sessions per month by email. Kickstarter includes the same features as Basecamp, with some more additions to make it more useful for first-timers plus taking it to the next level with the introduction of a psychological counselling session designed to help you understand the internal reasons behind your weight gain and/or eating habits and assist you in overcoming them. Bootcamp is our all-in-one plan that includes everything in Basecamp and Kickstarter, and increases the personal aspect by bringing you four voice/video sessions with Sid Khullar where you can discuss your cooking patterns, food consumption or any other aspect of your personal nutrition, in addition to a face to face session during which you’ll get a front line view of food, eating, cooking and even meditation to balance your being, if you so desire.
