This is a very simple curry that will only take you a few minutes to make, without looking for anything special. You’ll need:
- Heat oil. Add mustard [crackle], haldi, chilli powder, salt. Stir
- Add Ginger and Garlic paste. Fry. Add onions. Fry.
- Add tomatoes, aamchur powder, kadi patta, green chillies. Fry.
- Add some water. Bring to boil.
- Add chicken. Cook.
- Thicken if you like. Serve with rice or rotis.
