How to make Holiday Punch

Christmas time is around the corner, the fog is setting and the mercury falling. This cocktail recipe by iBar, Mumbai is an amazing combination of freshness of fruit juices and bitterness of liqueurs. Just what Doctor Santa ordered.


  • 45 ml Orange Juice
  • 15 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 3 drops Angostura Bitter
  • 45 ml Dark Rum
  • 15 ml Amaretto
  • Pineapple slices (to garnish)


  1. Fill tall glass with ice
  2. Pour apple juice
  3. Add dark rum
  4. Add Angostura bitters 3 drops
  5. Add pineapple juice
  6. Float it with Amaretto
  7. Garnish with pineapple and a cherry
