Ok, so you’ve made your ricotta or cottage cheese. At times, say when serving as a light snack [diced], it would be nice to flavor it, right? Thats what I thought and tried this out. You’ll need to look up the previous recipe post on making Ricotta at home if you want the same look as in the picture below.
You can keep it in the fridge if you like. The weather around here was pleasant, so I left it out. Also, do make sure you cover the container while storing. The layer of oil, while keeping air out, will also act as a dust/scum trap.
