Brinjal Curry

Here’s a quick recipe for an everyday meal.

Cut brinjals and fry in gingelly oil. Grind chilli powder, turmeric and garlic in vinegar. Fry this masala in oil. Add slit green chillies, peeled garlic and brinjals. Finally adjust gravy, seasoning and add a little more vinegar mixed with sugar.
