- 1 kg meat (red meat suggested), 2″ pieces
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 5 cloves garlic, smashed
- salt to taste
- Pressure cook or boil all ingredients together with 1 cup of water to the level of preferred firmness .
- Drain and serve with a bowl of yogurt whipped with a little finely chopped garlic, olive oil and chopped cucumber.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley with lemon if desired.
