Barbecued Pork Ribs

Barbecued Pork Ribs These ribs are tender, juicy and spicy, with all the flavor of the great outdoors! Simply marinate the ribs overnight in a mixture of soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Arrange them on a hot oven rack (200 degrees) and allow to cook for 15 minutes, turning once. Ensure there is a container below the rack. Put a little water in this. Brush with barbecue sauce (I use Kraft Barbecue Sauce Smoked Hickory flavor) and cook for 30 minutes on one side and then 30 minutes on the other. Brush the other side too.Note: The cooking time really depends on the meat. Ensure the meat is tender before you serve.
