  1. In a bowl add water, a tsp of ghee and allow it to boil for 2-3 minutes. Add cumin seeds.
  2. When the water starts to boil you can see small bubbles. Reduce the flame and add the rice and cover the pan. Let the flour cook well for 8 to 10 min.
  3. Now switch off the flame and mix the dough well. Take the dough on a flat surface and knead it well till it becomes lump free smooth dough. Now, keep the dough covered.
  4. Just take a medium size dough and roll it like a roti and cook it on the tava. Do not add any oil or ghee for the roti.
  5. Serve the roti with stuffed brinjal or baingan bartha. One can also serve the roti with any non veg curry.
