Instructions
  1. Soak poha in warm water. Peel and cut beet root and add it to the poha you soaked. This will add a pink color to poha.
  2. Meanwhile heat oil in a Kadai, add jeera, powdered or crushed peanut, chopped onion and green chili.
  3. Now, add boiled potatoes and peas into it and dry spices, salt, turmeric, red chili powder and mix everything well. Turn off the stove.
  4. Drain the water from poha. You will find the poha has turned pink in color. Take out the pieces of beet root from it.
  5. Now mash the poha with hands and add salt to it. Flatten the mashed poha in your palm and fill in the stuffing we made and make round shape balls.
  6. Now in a non stick flat pan, add a spoon of oil and cook these balls on low flame. Or you can brush them with oil and microwave for 7 to 10 minutes.
