Instructions
  1. In a pan, add oil, ginger garlic paste, sauté, add turmeric and the mashed potatoes, boiled corn and the red capsicum.
  2. Add salt and pepper and sprinkle parsley/coriander.
  3. Saute for 2 minutes. Arrange this mixture on the bread slices.
  4. Serve them with a lettuce leaf as shown in the picture.
