Leo Forsberg has an uncanny interest in different Indian cuisines,
in addition to an unusual talent for cooking them. Vegetables or meat and an origin from any part of the vast space that is India usually has Leo interested. It takes a person with more than average interest, skill, talent and knowledge to be able to appreciate a food culture that's as ancient and complex as India's, especially if that food culture isn't one's own. Why, most Indians will likely not have the breath of knowledge of Indian cuisine as Leo likely does?! Leo not only has the knowledge, but also the skills to translate his intellectual curiosity into food on the table. I can't wait for the man to discover Vedic cooking. ;)
