  1. In a bowl keep hot water, add salt and milk and soak the soya chunks for 20 minutes.
  2. Now, it will be double in size, wash it completely 3 to 4 times with water and drain.
  3. And squeeze the chunks as much as you can it should be very dry so squeeze completely.
  4. Take a big bowl, add dry soya chunks and add all the masalas one by one.
  5. Add very little salt to it, as we already added salt while soaking itself. Mix well.
  6. Now, add curd, corn flour, besan and rice flour and bind them well. Add curry leaves and mix well.
  7. Let this rest for 15 minutes. 5 minutes before frying add lemon juice and mix well one last time.
  8. Keep oil for frying and start frying in a batch until you gets nice golden brown colour.
  9. And transfer them to paper towel to absorb excess oil completely.
  10. Server this yummy hot soya nuggets or soya 65 with ketchup or chili sauce or with mint chutney.
