  1. Boil milk in a pan, then add paneer, peanuts, dry fruits and brown sugar and cook it on a low flame till the milk is totally reduced.
  2. Take a pan and add 1 grated Apple and brown sugar. Heat it till it is caramelized, but not burnt.
  3. Take a small glass and put paneer and peanuts fudge and garnish with the caramelized apple.
