Instructions
  1. Take a heavy bottomed pan. Add milk. Let it boil.
  2. Add grated lauki, sugar and cardamom powder. Simmer the gas. Let it cook for around 1 hour.
  3. Keep stirring in between scrapping of the milk from sides and bottom.
  4. When it reaches the desired consistency of rabri., switch off the gas.
  5. Add 4-5 drops of food color. Serve cool. Garnish with pistachios.
