Instructions
  1. Cut out the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the centres. Keep the scooped portion aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions & garlic and sauté till they turn translucent.
  3. Add the paneer, corn, red chili flakes, chopped coriander, salt, oregano and scooped portion of the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Fill the tomato cups with this mixture and garnish it with Mozzarella Cheese.
  5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Your baked stuffed tomatoes are now ready to serve!
