Instructions
  1. Wash and drain Poha (Beaten Rice) and let it dry for 10 mins.
  2. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, in a bowl. Add little bit of water (about 1 tbsp) and make a thick paste kind of mixer. Taste the seasoning.
  3. Heat non stick ceramic pan (preferably), without oil on a medium heat. Grease a ring mould with oil and place on the pan. Add the mixture to the mould and press it with the spoon on the pan.
  4. Drop some oil on the side of the mould. Cover the pan with lid for a min. Remove the mould when the Rosti catches the shape.
  5. Flip side when the rosti gets crisp.
  6. Serve the crisp Aloo Poha Rosti with green Chutney or chopped onions and sev.

  1. You can make Rosti on a regular Pan or Tawa without using mould also.
